The Leonhardt Team is a Coldwell Banker Realty group serving the Twin Cities metro, Forest Lake, the Chisago Lakes area, and the St. Croix Valley in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We sell roughly 200 homes a year and closed $85 million in volume in 2025.

We are hiring real estate agents — both newly licensed and experienced. Agents get a structured onboarding program, transaction coordination, done-for-you listing marketing, and team-generated business on top of their own.

What you’ll do

  • Represent buyers and sellers across our Minnesota and Wisconsin markets

  • Respond to and follow up on team-generated opportunities alongside your own sphere and referrals

  • Host open houses, preview inventory, and run listing appointments

  • Take listings from contract through closing with transaction and marketing support behind you

  • Attend weekly team training and coaching

Requirements

  • An active Minnesota or Wisconsin real estate license, or willingness to complete licensing within 90 days of starting.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Availability for evening and weekend showings and appointments

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with people you haven’t met

  • Coachable and willing to follow a training program

  • No prior real estate experience required

Compensation and structure

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is commission-based on closed transactions. There is no base salary and no hourly wage. Agents set their own schedules. New agents should expect a ramp-up period before their first closing, and we will discuss the commission structure and a realistic timeline in your first conversation.

Hours

Full time. Agents set their own schedules, and the work regularly includes evenings and weekends.
